The foundation follows the recommendations for good foundation management for commercial foundations put forward by the Committee for Good Foundation Governance.
The board's annual statement is published in connection with the presentation of the foundation's annual financial report.
The statement follows the form for commercial foundations and covers the topics: transparency and communication, the board's tasks and responsibilities, including the composition and organization of the board, independence and term of appointment, and evaluation of the work of the board and the executive board.
